We have an excellent opportunity for a Ready Mix Loader Operator at our Hermiston Ready-Mix Plant! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Load Ready Mix plant with aggregates to facilitate daily Ready Mix demands - Ability to manage plant and ground maintenance - Oversee ecology block operations - Manage placement and disposal of carry-back concrete - Assist the plant supervisor with environmental challenges - Manage and order inbound aggregates on a demand/project basis - Operate a ready mix concrete truck and facilitate deliveries on slow production days - Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed - Other duties assigned as needed Compensation: The wage range for this position is $23.17-$28.05/hr. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | |||
|
- Possess and maintain a valid commercial driver's license, medical card and clean driving record - Class B minimum requirement, Class A preferred - Prior Ready Mix delivery experience and load operator skills required - Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen - Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime - Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers |
