Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Security Representative in Paterson, WA. As a key member of our security team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and protection of our local wineries and vineyards. This position is full-time and will work with the security team to provide unique 24/7 coverage of our facilities. Security Representative job responsibilities include:

  • Patrol winery buildings, shops, and grounds several times per shift.
  • Prepare incident reports and daily logs.
  • Respond to fire and burglar alarms as required.
  • Assist at winery events as required.
  • Help maintain a safe environment for both guests and employees of the winery.
  • Perform other security-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Prior security experience is preferred (1+ years).
  • Must be 21 years of age (Alcohol)
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Strong customer communication and service skills
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, including stairs and catwalks.
  • Obtain a CPR/ First Aid certificate.
  • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively without constant supervision.

Your Compensation:

$16.64-$22.57/hr. based upon relevant experience.
